Delivery Fee FAQ

We’ve got some important updates to share with you regarding our delivery charges. And an exciting new discount for our multi-cat households.

Until now, we’ve avoided charging for weekday deliveries because we want to keep KatKin’s products, including Scoop, as affordable as possible. But in the last few years, delivery costs got a bad case of the zoomies. It now costs us more than £5.00 to send every box. Unfortunately, we can’t continue fully subsidising this cost.

The delivery fee is £2.99 per delivery for your first plan. But any subsequent plans, like additional cat food or Scoop subscriptions, will benefit from free delivery. Which means you’ll only pay the delivery fee for one subscription, helping you save more on your overall expenses.

Only if it’s the only delivery you get from us each month. If you also receive our fresh recipes, you won’t pay for your Scoop deliveries at all.

Plus, if you’d like to pay less for delivery throughout the year, you can get more bags of Scoop litter delivered less frequently. Scroll down to see how.

To help you save even more, we’re introducing a multi-cat discount. Starting from August 8th, 2024, you’ll get 5% off all fresh food, Sprinkles, and Nibbles for all your cats. For example, if you have two cats, you’ll save a total of £5.95 per month. This discount applies to all your cats, making it easier and more affordable to feed your whole feline family with KatKin’s fresh recipes.

Wanna know the great thing about Scoop? (Aside from the fact that it’s saving the planet, cat lives, and noses.) It gets cheaper with every bag you buy. Here’s how:

• 1 bag = £18 per bag

• 2 bags = £16 per bag

• 4 bags = £14 per bag

The more you buy, the less you pay. So you could save almost £30 on litter. Let’s do the maths:

• 1 bag delivered every month: £18 + £2.99 delivery = £20.99 per month, or £83.96 every 4 months.

• 4 bags delivered every 4 months: £56 + £2.99 delivery = £14.75 per month, or £58.99 every 4 months.

By ordering more bags less frequently, you save significantly on both the product and the delivery fees.
